History

Hon. Ernesto S. Domingo, Founder of Diar’s Assistance Incorporated (1971). Served as Mayor of Mandaluyong from 1980 to 1986.

Established in 1971, DIAR’S ASSISTANCE, INC. (DIAR’S), as one of the pioneers and leading Job / Service Contracting Companies.

Diar’s provides the most efficient and most effective services– Janitorial, Building Maintenance, Delivery and Messengerial Services, Professional and Office Personnel Services, Caretaking Services and other Allied and Special Services to various clients, among the top 1,000 corporations, engaged in the business or industry of banking, real estate, construction, manufacturing, shopping complexes, wholesale / retail, BPO, KPO, Communications, Broadcasting, Education, Insurance, Agriculture, Electricity and many others.

  2. Mandaluyong Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (MCCI) since 1987, 
  3. Philippine Association of Local Service Contractors (PALSCON) since 1987, and 
  4. Private Express and Messengerial Association of the Philippines (PEMAP) since 1981.
DIAR’S is registered and recognized by the Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) under Dept. Order 18-A, now DO-174, as a job contractor / service provider; and the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), Office of the President of the Philippines, as a private express and messengerial delivery service provider.
